192 complaint investigations completed in March 2026

In March 2026, the PPO completed a total of 192 complaint investigations. Out of this total:

  • 111 were not upheld
  • 2 were not upheld mediated
  • 26 were upheld or partially upheld
  • 46 were upheld mediated or partially upheld mediated
  • 7 were pushed back to the service in remit (1 was returned, 6 were resolved)
