Adrian Usher reappointed as Prisons and Probation Ombudsman for second term

The Lord Chancellor has approved the reappointment of Adrian Usher as the Prisons and Probation Ombudsman. Adrian’s second three-year term will start from 24 April 2026.

Adrian was originally appointed PPO on 24 April 2023.
