In April 2026, the PPO completed a total of 171 complaint investigations. Out of this total:

  • 118 were not upheld
  • 3 were not upheld mediated
  • 14 were upheld or partially upheld
  • 29 were upheld mediated or partially upheld mediated
  • 7 were pushed back to the service in remit (1 was returned, 6 were resolved)
