PPO launch e-learning training for prison and probation staff

This week the Prisons and Probation Ombudsman (PPO) launched ‘The PPO – all you need to know’ online training for prison and probation staff.
The training course contains basic information about the PPO, what we do, and how and why frontline staff could come into contact with us.
It was important to continue raising awareness of our work among frontline staff through different communication avenues, and the training will help them facilitate effective implementation of our recommendations.
