Changes to our senior leadership team

Published:

We are pleased to announce that Kimberley Bingham is the new Deputy Ombudsman for Complaints at the Prisons and Probation Ombudsman.

Kimberley brings a wealth of experience to this leadership role, having previously served as the Deputy Ombudsman for Learning, Analysis and Business Services for 10 years.

I am delighted that Kimberley accepted the role of Deputy Ombudsman for Complaints. Her significant contribution to strengthen learning, insight and improvement across the services in our remit has had a great level of impact over the years”, said Ombudsman Adrian Usher.

Peter Dixon and Scarlet Page will act as joint Deputy Ombudsmen for Learning, Analysis and Business Services while we recruit the new Deputy for this team.
